Trata-se de um descolamento de retina com muito tempo de evolução, em que o processo inflamatório intraocular gerou bandas de fibrose sub-retiniana que, na imagem, apresentam uma distribuição radiária periférica e circular central.

In this case of untreated retinal detachment the intra-ocular inflammatory process has generated strands of sub-retinal fibrosis that in the image have a radial distribution in the periphery and form a circular ring centrally.
